Training That Respects Your Body and Your Goals
Rethink Your Run: Edmonton’s Smarter, Safer Running Clinics
Most running groups focus on pace. We focus on performance and protection. Our clinics are guided by a kinesiologist who understands movement mechanics—not just mileage.
You’ll learn proper form, build stamina without burnout, and stay accountable in a community-focused setting. From injury prevention to breathing technique, this isn’t just a run group—it’s a smarter, safer way to keep moving forward.
Built for All Levels — Not Just Racers
Whether you’re jogging your first 5K or returning after a layoff, these clinics meet you where you are. You’ll train alongside others at your own pace, with guidance that ensures progress—not pressure.
Form First: Reduce Injury and Run Longer
We focus on biomechanics, not just pace. Using kinesiology-informed coaching, we help improve your footstrike, posture, and cadence to reduce stress on joints and extend your running lifespan.
Motivation in Motion
You’ll move better, feel stronger, and stay accountable—without feeling judged. Every clinic is led by a coach who understands the science and the psychology of sustainable fitness.

Meet Rob, Your Running Coach
Hi, I’m Rob Appleton—kinesiologist and personal trainer with over 15 years helping runners move better and stay injury-free.
Most people think running is just about going faster or farther. But if your movement patterns are off—tight hips, poor footstrike, slouched posture—you’ll end up frustrated or sidelined.
That’s where I come in.
At our clinics, I combine movement assessments, strength coaching, and real-world experience to help you train smarter. Whether you’re preparing for a 5K, getting back into fitness after injury, or just want to enjoy running without pain, I’m here to help you move with confidence.
Running changed the trajectory of my life. Growing up, I struggled with learning challenges that made school feel overwhelming. But running gave me something steady I could count on—a sense of clarity, accomplishment, and momentum that carried me forward. It’s one reason I believe so deeply in its power to build not just fitness, but self-trust. Our Edmonton running clinics do just that.
Let’s build a better relationship with running—one stride at a time.
